
Madita Warter (*2006, Salzburg) began her musical training at the age of five at the Musikum Salzburg. At twelve, she was admitted to the Pre-College of the University Mozarteum Salzburg, where she studied for five years with Andreas Weber. From 2023 onward, she worked with Johannes Wilhelm. Since the winter semester of 2025, she has been pursuing a degree in piano performance at the Music and Arts University of the City of Vienna, studying with Doris Adam.
A multiple prizewinner at national and international competitions—including Prima la Musica, Köthen Bach Competition, Henle Piano Competition, and the International Piano Competition St.-Paul-Trois-Châteaux—she has also received the Aspekte Salzburg Special Prize for interpretation of contemporary music. In 2022 and 2024, she was awarded top prizes at the Austrian state and national levels.
Madita has taken part in masterclasses with renowned pianists such as Robert Levin, Jan Jiracek von Armin, Peter Ovtcharov and Christopher Hinterhuber.
In the 2025/2026 season, she will make her debut at the Wiener Konzerthaus as part of the Musica Juventutis concert series.
