
Madita Warter, born in Salzburg in 2006, began piano lessons at the age of five. She studied at the Mozarteum University Salzburg’s Pre-College with Andreas Weber and is currently in the class of Johannes Wilhelm.
A multiple prizewinner at national and international competitions—including Prima la Musica, Köthen Bach Competition, Henle Piano Competition, and the International Piano Competition St.-Paul-Trois-Châteaux—she has also received the Aspekte Salzburg Special Prize for interpretation of contemporary music. In 2022 and 2024, she was awarded top prizes at the Austrian state and national levels.
Madita has taken part in masterclasses with renowned pianists such as Robert Levin, Jan Jiracek von Armin and Christopher Hinterhuber.
In the 2025/2026 season, she will make her debut at the Wiener Konzerthaus as part of the Musica Juventutis concert series.
